Phoenix — Privacy Policy

Effective 17 September 2026

Phoenix is built by White Pines Community Co, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit.

We do not collect your data

Phoenix has no accounts, no login, and no server. We cannot see anything you enter, because nothing is ever sent to us.

Everything stays on your phone

Your sobriety start date, daily check-ins, HALT scans, saved contacts and crisis plan are stored only on your device. If you delete the app or change phones, that information is gone and cannot be recovered by you or by us.

The Void

The Void saves nothing at all. Text entered there is never stored, not even temporarily.

No tracking

Phoenix contains no analytics, no advertising, no third-party tracking tools, and no crash reporting. We do not know who uses the app or how often.

Contacts

Phoenix does not access your phone's contact list. Any names and numbers in Call-A-Brother are typed in by you and stored only on your device.

Phone calls

Tapping a number opens your phone's dialler. The call is handled by your carrier, not by us, and is subject to their terms.

Children

Phoenix is intended for adults.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new effective date.
