Common questions

Do I need an account?

No. Phoenix has no login and no accounts.

Does it work offline?

Yes. Everything works without a connection.

I've been sober for years — will it show that?

Yes. You enter your own start date and the counter reflects it from the first screen.

If I miss a day, does my streak reset?

No. The counter runs on dates, not on daily check-ins.

Can I get my data back after uninstalling?

No. Everything is stored only on your phone, which is what keeps it private. There's an export option in Settings if you'd like to keep a copy.

What happens to what I type into The Void?

Nothing. It isn't saved anywhere.
